Pricing FAQ
Yes, we're currently accepting payments in SUI and SOL for annual subscriptions.
To be legally compliant, we must raise an invoice for any payment for our services regardless of this is in crypto or fiat. We are required to gather your address - your country and postal code - so we can determine whether we need to apply VAT. We need your email address so we can provide you with the invoice.
The pricing in SUI and SOL is always pegged dynamically to our USD prices, so if the price of SUI goes down you will need a bit more SUI to meet the equivalent USD price for the plan you want to purchase.
If you cancel your subscription we will stop automatically renewing your data on the Walrus network, so it will be dropped from Walrus as well as being unavailable on Tusky.
Please download and secure all your data before cancelling a subscription.
We accept fiat payments via Stripe. We intend to introduce crypto payments in the future.
Yes, you can easily manage all aspects of your subscription plan and retrieve all your invoices by selecting 'Manage subscription' in the Account section of the app.

Yes, you can create magic links for public or private vaults. These links can be for viewing only, or you can create a link to allow someone to upload and manage the assets in the vault. You can protect these links with a password, set an expiry date and an upload limit.
Currently, our system has a file size limitation of 2.5 GB due to how we process uploads.
When uploading files, our servers need to temporarily store an encoded version of the file in memory, which requires approximately 5 times the size of the original file. This is how Walrus is working at the moment. If we didn’t set a limit, then a 10 GB file, for example, would mean needing about 50 GB of server memory for processing.
We’ve implemented this temporary size limit to ensure stable and reliable service for all users. However, we’re working on a possible solutions in collaboration with the Walrus team during, and are positive we’ll be able to support larger file uploads in the near future.
